Due to popular demand, Tuesday and Thursday night training will now commence on Tuesday 19th February at 6:30pm.

Saturday afternoon training will continue until tapes go up on the race season at the end of March, when the situation will be reviewed.

Due to the Wales V Italy match training has been cancelled for Saturday 23rd Febuary.
