After a successful fund-raising campaing conducted over the winter, Newport Cycle Speedway Club was delighted to take delivery of 12 new bikes this week. The addition of 3 small, 3 intermediate and 3 full size Archie Wilkinson bikes means that there are now plenty of good quality bikes for club members to use for training and racing, and has allowed a purge of some of the less healthy bikes taking up space in the store room.

Committee members are now looking at the increasing problem of storage at the Newport International Sports Village Track.
